At Carista, we want you to be fully satisfied with your vehicle diagnostics experience. If our adapter or app features do not meet your expectations, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the Carista OBD2 adapter in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
